Our platforms are designed for workforce and service management (ZentrivoAI) and AI-powered image generation (Z Imagine). You agree to use the platforms only for lawful business purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

All data entered into the platforms by the customer/user remains the property of the customer/user. Futureai Tech Pvt Ltd acts as a service provider and does not claim ownership of user data.
Service Availability
We strive to ensure continuous availability of our platforms but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Maintenance, updates, or unforeseen issues may result in temporary downtime.
Intellectual Property
All rights related to our platforms, including software, design, and branding, are owned by Futureai Tech Pvt Ltd. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the platforms without permission.
Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the platforms if these Terms are violated or if required for security or legal reasons.
Limitation of Liability
Futureai Tech Pvt Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the platforms.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platforms after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.
