Organizations using ZentrivoAI are responsible for managing their users, including employees, managers, and clients. Any data entered into the platform is the responsibility of the respective organization.

You agree not to misuse the platform. This includes attempting unauthorized access, uploading harmful content, disrupting services, or using the platform for illegal activities.
Data Ownership
All data entered into the platform by the customer remains the property of the customer. Futureai Tech Pvt Ltd acts as a service provider and does not claim ownership of customer data.
Service Availability
We strive to ensure continuous availability of the platform but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Maintenance, updates, or unforeseen issues may result in temporary downtime.
Intellectual Property
All rights related to the ZentrivoAI platform, including software, design, and branding, are owned by Futureai Tech Pvt Ltd. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the platform without permission.
Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the platform if these Terms are violated or if required for security or legal reasons.
Limitation of Liability
Futureai Tech Pvt Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the platform.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.
